Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
5+ years’ in customer service Call Center management experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in insurance / health industry in a management position.
Fully bilingual English/Spanish.(Business level)
Demonstrated effective leadership skills & experience leading teams of 20+ personnel.
