A Customer Service Representative, or Customer Help Representative, is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
Give customer service to all incoming queries by being the middle man between the company, the collections agencies, and the debtors.
Send updates to the company by email, create tickets for them, and follow up any issues
Trainings on agencies on how to use our platforms and redirect them in case there is an issue
Give general great customer service to our customers and direct them towards their corresponding collection agencies for further assistance.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions.
•English (full bilingual or native)
•Debt Collection experience preferred/not mandatory.
•Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
•Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 Am a 6:00 Pm
